It’s found in more than 45,000 food products and available for purchase virtually anywhere. That’s right—millions of Americans are rapidly becoming addicted to sugar and some experts believe this fatal attraction could be just as damaging as smoking cigarettes.


For most people today, it’s common sense that smoking cigarettes is bad for their health. So, if you’re trying to live a healthier and more active lifestyle for longevity, it should be common sense that excess sugar is not only bad for your health but also for your medical weight loss.
